A core return form must accompany all items for repair. This form uses Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 4.0.

If you do not currently have it installed on your computer, it may be downloaded free of charge.

There are two versions of the core return form. The first may be completed electronically and then printed for accompanying your return.The second version is meant to be printed and completed by hand.

Accounts

1. Payment must accompany order. Payment may be made by check, money order, or COD. Phone orders may be paid by Mastercard / Visa.
 
2. There will be a 15% restocking charge on all returned parts for refund or credit.
 
3. Shipping and handling charges are not included in advertised prices unless otherwise noted. DFI Technologies, Inc. will not be responsible for Customs charges in connection with International orders and returns.
Our standard shipping method is UPS ground unless otherwise requested.
 

Core Exchange

1. All prices are based on a core exchange which must accompany your order.
 
2. If a returned core is determined to be unrepairable, you will be charged time & materials required for that determination. The cost will not exceed 50% of the listed prices. If available, a replacement core may be obtained for additional charge.
 
3. DFI Technologies Inc. will purchase your old cores. Please fax, E-mail, or mail a request for quote. Part number and description should accompany request.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

Prior to returning a component for refund or credit, a Return Material Authorization number must be obtained from DFI Technologies, Inc. by contacting at
(866) 298-1510.

There will be a 15% restocking charge on all returned parts for refund or credit.

 

Limited Warranty

This limited warranty is subject to the following conditions should a DFI Technologies Inc. product prove defective due to faulty workmanship or materials.
 
1. Our products are warranted to the purchaser
for a period of one year from the date of purchase or
100 hours of operation.
 
2. This warranty does not apply to (a) product damage due to abuse, misuse, improper installation, accident, external sources, or any acts of God, (b) if the product is altered or repaired by anyone other than DFI Technologies Inc.
 
3. DFI Technologies Inc. will not be obligated for installation errors or damage made by individuals, servicing dealers, and/or mechanics.
 
4. Should a product prove defective in
workmanship or materials, the remedies shall only be repair or replacement at the sole discretion of DFI Technologies Inc.
 
5. This warranty specifically excludes any and all incidental or consequential damages.
6. All warranty return products must be returned to DFI Technologies Inc. with a Return Materials Authorization number.
 
7. Unless prohibited by applicable law, all implied and expressed warranties made by DFI Technologies Inc. in connection with this product are limited to ninety (90) days from the date of purchase and no warranty, expressed or implied, shall be applicable after this period. Some states
do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty may last or the exclusions and limitations of incidental or consequential damages. In those cases, the limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
